SUMMER SPORTS CAMP
for Ages 5 to 14.

Let your child have fun this summer playing a variety of on-court sports with Certified and Professional USPTA Coach David Freiman, also certified by the RSPA in both Tennis & Pickleball and has extensive training in both Tennis & Pickleball and extensive training in SPEC Tennis, which is Tennis played on a Pickleball court!
Coach David has held and directed successful kids sports camps since 2001 in the Tampa Bay area, brings that talent to Plantation Country Club here in Venice that will engage, encourage & build confidence in children, while teaching them the fundamentals of each sport, teaching and creating a love of sports to over 2000 students over his coaching career.

KIDS WILL LEARN and PLAY TENNIS, PICKLEBALL & SPEC Tennis.

Enjoy the ULTIMATE Summer Sports Camp experience on-court fun and games. On-Court Activities will engage the children while learning skills for three different on-court sports. Kids will enjoy a variety of individual and team games, drills and challenges. Make new friends and fun memories while having a blast playing.
Kids will be given plenty of shade, hydration, and snack breaks. We'll provide FAN MISTERS to keep the kids cool. And in the final 30 minutes, we jump in the pool, coaches too, to cool down before the end of camp and pickup. We'll make each day of camp a fun and memorable time!

TYPICAL CAMP DAY

8:45am CHECK IN

• 9:00-9:15am Gather check in
• 9:15-9:30am Fitness, stretching warmup
• 9:30-10:00am Sport games and instruction
• 10:00-10:15am Break, Cool down, snack
• 10:15-11:00am Sport games and instruction
• 11:00-11:15am Snack Break, Change for Pool
• 11:15-11:45am Pool time
• 11:45am-12:00pm DRY OFF, SIGN-OUT,
  PICK-UP on DECK by CAFE area

WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING?

Tennis racquet & water bottle. Recommended: Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, snacks, swim trunks, and a face towel. Please wear a tennis-specific or cross-training tennis shoe. Bring flip flops for pool time.

CHECK IN/SIGN IN DROP OFF

8:45am-9:00am CHECK IN/SIGN IN DROP OFF. Kids will be signed in and dropped off in the tennis court area parking lot right at the ENTRANCE GATE by the Tennis courts and Pickleball courts. Please DO NOT arrive before 8:45AM as we cannot accommodate. If you are running late after 9:00AM, you must park your car and bring your child to the stadium seating which is just inside the gate to the right side overlooking the pickleball courts.

CHECK OUT/SIGN OUT/PICK UP

11:45am-12:00pm Kids will be PICKED UP & SIGNED OUT by the POOL CAFE.
Please park in the tennis parking lot were dropped off in the morning.
Must arrive before12:00pm, as we cannot accommodate.

• MUST SIGN ALL WAIVERS BEFORE ATTENDING CAMP
Waivers will be sent to you via email.
• LET CAMP DIRECTOR KNOW OF ANY MEDICAL or any other issues we should know regarding your child.
